Payment Terms
Payments can be made via bank transfer in advance, credit card, PayPal, or Escrow.
Delivery
Shipments will be arranged through UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are not responsible for any loss or damage (including delays) that occurs during transportation. For orders collected by a customer-designated carrier, the responsibility and liability shift to the customer once the carrier picks up the order.
If you choose DHL, a pick-up fee will be added to your shipping account. To avoid this fee, please select other shipping options.
Cancellation
Cancellations or returns are not accepted unless the parts are deemed invalid or WMSIC has sent incorrect parts. Customers must contact WMSIC to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be made in original, undamaged packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
